MARSHAWN PORTER

Marshawn Porter, based in Los Angeles, CA, is a Trainer and Support Specialist at ChargerHelp. With a background in traditional field service maintenance, Marshawn transitioned to focus exclusively on EVSE. He specializes in the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric vehicle supply equipment. His empathetic approach and commitment to supporting career transitions in the EVSE space make him a valued trainer and mentor. Marshawn holds several certifications in electrical safety and EVSE maintenance. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, traveling, listening to music, discovering new comics, and brainstorming new ideas

VANDEN STELLY

Vanden Stelly has over 10 years of experience in training and development and currently serves as the Training Manager at ChargerHelp. He has been pivotal in developing ChargerHelp’s technicians during the company’s hypergrowth phase. Vanden holds over 25 manufacturer-specific certifications, including the Master Trainer certification from Tritium. He also serves on the SAE advisory panel, contributing to the development of the EVSE Maintenance Technician Body of Knowledge and the SAE Technician Certification Exam. Vanden ensures all training materials are current, certifications are up to date, and training delivery connects with various learning styles. He resides in Southern California with his family and enjoys family adventures, traveling, and participating in church activities.

JONATHAN KENDALL

Jonathan Kendall joined ChargerHelp in 2021 and has advanced from an EVSE technician to Lead EVSE and now a trainer. With a background as a missile technician in the US Navy and various technical roles in the civilian sector, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience to his training. He is certified to work on over 20 different EVSE manufacturer assets. Jonathan is currently pursuing an MBA in Management from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching sports, and volunteering. Jonathan is dedicated to supporting the green and clean future of the US.

BRANDON SMITH

Brandon Smith is an accomplished in-field trainer specializing in EVSE. With extensive experience in the electric vehicle industry, he has earned over 20 EVSE certifications. Brandon is known for his hands-on approach and his involvement in major projects, especially those involving DC fast chargers. He is passionate about training the next generation of EVSE professionals and fostering a cleaner, greener future. Originally from Compton, CA, Brandon now resides in Phoenix, AZ. In his free time, he enjoys dirt biking, spending time with family, and bowling.
